Verification Worksheets for Dependent Students
One of these forms will be requested if you are selected for verification. The form must be fully completed and signed in order to be processed. Dependent forms require the signature of both the student and one parent. Be sure to use the form for the correct school year.

UTTC Secure File Drop
The UTTC Secure File Drop allows you to send documents to the UTTC Financial Aid Office. Follow the steps below to use the system.
Click the link to access the Secure File Drop
- Enter the preferred E-mail Address you wish to be contacted at.
- Enter a Subject (verification, scholarships, etc.)
- Enter Student full name, Student ID (if known), and date of birth.
- Enter additional comments if needed.
- Add your files.
- Hit send.
