- Identify and ensure the collection of data necessary for continual improvement and institutional effectiveness.
- Identify and define data needs to support external compliance reporting
- Assess data needs for institutional priorities
- Serve as stewards of data and information for the college.
- Ensure data and information integrity for the college
- Ensure data security and responsible data information sharing for the college and its stakeholders
- Facilitate meaningful data analysis and interpretation across UTTC departments and services for continual improvement and institutional effectiveness.
- Provide data, information, and analysis in a user-friendly format for decision support
- Provide training and coaching related to the use of data, analysis, interpretation, and communication of data to support decision making
- Coordinate evaluation processes that support planning, institutional effectiveness, and accreditation.
- Lead and support the academic program review process
- Provide appropriate and useful institutional information to stakeholders and the general public.
