Produce Baskets

What to Expect

Produce baskets are filled with crops that have been harvested from the campus garden. Produce varies each week.

Fresh Produce

Produce baskets are an easy way to incorporate fresh, healthy food into your diet.

Healthy Diet

We want it to be easy to start eating new foods. Below you will find recipes for some of our produce items.

Growing the Garden

The campus garden is managed by the Land Grant Department. Student interns assist with caring for and harvesting crops. Contact the Land Grant Department for information on how to become an intern!

Featured Produce

This week we are paying special attention to carrots and the many ways to prepare them!

Recipes and More

Not sure what to do with some of the produce in your bag? Check back weekly for new recipes!
